Hi all,
I have created a purchasing policy which will auto approve is the user changes the Delivery date in the header or on the line and if he changes the value for any other fields he needs to manually approve the workflow.
Selected Fields in the policy.
Condition added to the Workflow.
But when I change the delivery date it's not getting approved automatically.
Can anyone help me on this why it's not working for me?

Hi
did you check the batch job if there is a running workflow? System Administrator > Batch jobs .
There should be a running workflow, if no configure it. If yes, try to withhold the job then reconfigure.
Kindly check verify it this helps.
