Main Accounts not showing up in Trial Balance Accounts

We created a new GL Main account and it is not showing up in the Trial Balance accounts.

I set this up the same way another account is and it is showing up in the Trial balance but not this new account.

Please help

Here is the 1st Account set up that shows up under the Trial Balance Accounts.

Hi ScorpioDax,

The second screenshot does not show the Trial Balance form. Guess that was an upload glitch.

I assume that you refer to the Trial Balance list page available in GL/common/Trial Balance.

This form should show your account as soon as you have a transaction posted on that account.

If there is nothing posted on the new account, you won't see it in the Trial Balance form.

Hi Ludwig,

Thanks for the information.

So i tested it out and posted a transaction on one of the GLs and it is still now showing up on the Common>Trial Balance.

Anything else i could try?

Hi ScorpioDax,

What dimension set have you used in your Trial Balance?

Has this dimension set your accounts dimension selected?

Have you tried rebuilding the Dimension set balances?

Not sure which version you are on but try General ledger > Periodic tasks > Sub ledger journal entries not yet transferred. See if any transactions are held in this queue.

Kindly show screen shot of the entry you made to the new GL code 74136.

Also show the screenshot of the Trial balance and in particular the parameters button to make sure you are looking at the same period.
