How to turn off showing field names on forms

I'm new to Dynamics and am working in an environment setup/configured by someone else. All of the forms in the system are showing the field name below the label. The included screenshot of an example record is below. I'm assuming there is a general setting to turn off the display of the field names (in green), where would I do that?

Thanks!

So, this was user error. SMH

I have an extension installed in Chrome that when enabled shows the field names in forms (Metadata Browser for Dynamics 365/Power Apps). With the extension disabled it works fine.
