We have monthly routine credit memos we need to create but with difference amounts and such. Is there a way using smart connect to upload the whole batch up. it needs to go through the Sales module and we need to be able to set different distributions(Dr. accounts) per our requirements. Can you please let us know how we may be able go about this?

Yes. Credit Memos are a supported document type in Sales. Now, the part of how you go about this is extremely lengthy to explain here, but in summary, you will need a file containing roughly all the credit document information and the distributions. Since you may have more than one distribution line, you may find that you will have two lines (or more) with the same header portion repeated. SmartConnect allows you to create grouping for repeating entities.
