Bulk record deletion records recovery

Hello guys,

I ran a bulk record delete with the wrong criteria and it ended up deleting 30,000 rows of data from production. Is there any way to recover it? I did read online about using auditing. However, the entity whose records were deleted does not have auditing turned on. What should I do?

We do have a SQL DB which takes a backup everyday.  Is there a way we can recover the data from the SQL DB to the CRM?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Donald,

Dynamics 365 CRM does not have any feature where you can recover the deleted records. But I have come across Click2Undo app which will help you in recovering the deleted Dynamics 365 CRM records in just one click.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi Donald,

I am pretty sure you can restore that do from the backup, but you will loose all the latest changes. There is no other way(in theory, you can try adding those records back to the current  db from the restored db, but it's unsupported and you may end up with other problems later)
