When we are trying to update our users in Business Central by the action /Update users from Microsoft 365/ we get following error (after clicking finidh in the wizard:
Before you can update user information, go to your Microsoft 365 admin center and make sure that all users are assigned to the same Business Central license, either Basic, Essential, or Premium. For example, we found that users x@x.com and y@x.com are assigned to different licenses, but there may be other mismatches.
So I've read that you actualy can only use 1 type of license per tenant (if most users are Essential, all users should be Essential and not mixed with premium). This was all ok in the past that we mixed them and now I read that there are issues.
What should we do? Remove the users? Is Microsoft handling this problem or is it from now on like this and no other way?
So if I would give all users the same type of License in my admin portal, the update users should work in BC?
