Please tell me how you can display cases for clients, only those in which a contract is selected that is associated with the client?

You could enable Related Records Filtering setting with the entitlement field on the form.
Steps:
1. Navigate to the case entity and open the corresponding form.
2.Double click the Entitlement field on the form and enable Related Records Filtering.
By the way, it would be better to check the Disable most recently used items for this field.
Test:
1. Add contact to the entitlement.
2. Select the contact and then select the entitlement:
