General journal entry posting wrong

Hello Dyn AX forum,

We are facing a problem with one of our posted journals. We created the journal with a ledger account and an offset account and the entries has debit and credit only the offset account for the same amount. Screenshots below:

We want to understand why the journal entries have gone incorrectly only in offset account.

    Hello Ermal Curri,

    This voucher looks wrong.

    Do you know if this was a one time issue or whether this issue can be replicated?

    Do you know how the transaction was created (manually or via an import)?

    I noticed that the transaction was posted in 2017. I assume that this year is already audited and closed in your company. Do you know if somebody recorded a new corrective posting for this voucher?

    Hello Ludwig and thank you for the fast reply.

    It was one time issue and the transactions was created manually. And yes the year is already closed.

    We already correct the balances but we want to understand how the system posted the entries.
