My team is working on an integration project which requires an AX development environment.  We were able to spin up an environment using LCS and MSDN and the environment has been deployed, but we are unable to access the system.  

The system is deployed using LCS and shows ready in the project, but when we click the 'Login to trial experience' link and follow the getting started wizard we are presented with the following error:  "Sorry, your trial environment is not available now.  Please try again later."

MSDN Subscription Level:  Enterprise

AX System:  Development topology deployed to DEVTEST using the latest and greatest AX available.  (2012 R3 I believe)

We are a MS Partner.  The security certificate was installed via LCS and Azure, and the MSDN license appears to be registered correctly with the instance.  We had this happen last week on our initial attempt and thought it was an installation error so we rebuilt the system Friday afternoon and let it sit over the weekend.  We still get the same error.  

Is there any way around this?

    Can you log into the environment directly (not through the trial experience)?

    Thanks for the quick reply.  

    We're not familiar with the AX system.  We've been trying to log in from LCS here.  The screenshots from the blog posted above shows there should be another list of AX links, but they're not available on our system.

    Is there another way?

    Click on the name of VM - it should give you a Remote Desktop connection.

    Don't worry about differences - the blog post is about a different version of AX, so it can't look the same.

    I am able to download the RDP and access the VM using the administrator password.  Upon login I'm presented with the VM desktop with a link to AX 2012.  It tells me that login has failed when I access the link.

    I've tried with both DEV and AD local admins as well as several of the domain accounts.  Each one gets access to the VM as expected, but the access message is all the same:  "Failed to log on to Microsoft Dynamics"

    This is strange.  It feels like the authentication isn't configured correctly.  It was all done automatically by LCS, though.

    The account that you see in LCS under Local Administrator Accounts should be admin in AX. If it isn't, something must have failed during deployment. You should report it to Microsoft, so they can fix it. If you want to get the environment working without waiting for Microsoft, check if you can write to AX database from SSMS. If so, you can modify admin account details in UserInfo table.

    That's what I thought as well.  None of the credentials provide access, though.  We're going to try and rebuild it one last time.  If it fails again we will open a ticket with MS.  

    In the meantime we've contacted another team with a development system and we're piggy-backing to move forward.

    I´m having the same problem. And have tried to re-deploy.

    Also I can't connect to the DB server..
