should I reuse the standard task entity in my new project?

I intend to start my new project using PowerApps in a community environment. I have to create an entity called task and I realised that already exist a standard entity with the same name. In my case, some tasks will be associated to a calendar, for instance and the final system will be a product that I intend to sale in Microsoft AppSource.

In summary, when there is a similar entity ready in my environment do I must reuse it?

Use existing entities wherever possible, create custom entities only if the entity not available or you have a specific reason!

I agree with the below response. Use existing entities unless you need customization to avoid additional complexity and effort.

Hi Luciano Schiavo,

I recommend using existing entities if they do not require a lot of customisation to meet your requirements. Create custom entities in all other situations.
