Re-order point notification?

Is it possible to set a re-order point for inventory in the system so that the system notifies me when we are below the threshold (taking into account what is already on a Purchase Order).   I don’t want to have to look it up or run a report. Any best option for this?

Hi, Power Automate is a very good method. You can set some conditions and send emails or Teams messages when they are met.

    A simple example: https://yzhums.com/19698/

Or you can make some small customizations to the Requisition Worksheet.

    Hope this helps as well.

    Thanks.

I think some clever use of Power Automate should be able to help you with this.
