We have a Dynamics 365 environment with guides installed. The environment was deactivated (most likely automatically), and we want to re-use the environment and save the data, which are guides. To do so, we want to re-activate the environment, however, unlike with the well-documented case of Teams, we do not have the option to just click and re-activate the environment.
Are there any solutions to this? The only way we could think of is to delete the environment and restore it. However, we are a bit nervous to lose our data.
