Reactivate Dynamics 365 Guides environment

Hello,

We have a Dynamics 365 environment with guides installed. The environment was deactivated (most likely automatically), and we want to re-use the environment and save the data, which are guides. To do so, we want to re-activate the environment, however, unlike with the well-documented case of Teams, we do not have the option to just click and re-activate the environment.

Are there any solutions to this? The only way we could think of is to delete the environment and restore it. However, we are a bit nervous to lose our data.

Hi Rajvi,

thanks for your response. However, this is not my case currently. The whole Dynamics 365 Environment where the Guides solution is installed is deactivated. This means, I cannot even access the environment or any Guide.

Hey!

If the environment is deactivated, you should ensure that you have a valid license: Either Dynamics 365 Guides, or any other D365 license. Environments are automatically removed if there are no supporting licenses. IF environment was removed/disabled more than 14 days ago, then the environment can't be recovered.
