Unable to Add user to SQL - when installing Webservice GP 2010

Hi, I am installing Webservice runtime on a 64 bit machine that has Win 2008 R2 Ent, SQL Server 2008 R2 Express & SQL server 2008 R2 Ent

I created a service account for Webservice ("GPWebUser") - added him as member of Adminstrator

created SQL login for this user; Added this user in DYNAMICS database; DYNGRP & Public roles are assigned to him as well;

(Note: when I created a SQL login for this user, chose SQL authentication; gave Dynamics as default database)

From webservice runtime setup --> provided dummy database name "dynwebserivce" so that webservice would create a new database;

Entered the credentials as --> domain --> GPWebUser --> Password .....

....... Unable to add user to SQL message and installation failed..

Appreciate if you anyone could share what am I missing.

(Note: I saw in one of the post that indicate an issue with user permission for IIS7 -- C:\Windows\System32\Inetsrv ... but i don't have any files under this folder)

Put the machine name say "[your server name]" in stead of domain if you created a local user account
