Is there any script or report I can run to find out who all has access to Smartlist Designer in GP?

Open the Security Task Setup window. Create a new task with Product=SmartList, Type=Windows, Series=Company, User Type=Full. Scroll through the list and check the window named 'SmartList Designer'. With SmartList Designer selected, push the Print Operation Access button in the lower left-hand corner of the window. This will generate a report showing you who all has access to the window.
