Hello,
I am interested in providing the sales team at my company with notifications when an email which they sent through Dynamics is opened and a when a hyperlink in that email is clicked on. What options (e.g., 3rd party apps, plug-ins) are available to receive such notifications? r
Additionally, could you please let me know if enabling such notifications, in the absence of a 3rd party app or plug-in, are only available to Sales Enterprise customers?
