Showing case resolving trend in dashboard?

Hi,

At the moment we have a dashboard on a TV displayed on the company showing how many cases we solve each days and how many incoming cases we have each day. It works fine but I want to know if its possible to also show the same trend the year before? For example, see this image:

Its build up with these settings for Resolved Case Last Week: http://i.imgur.com/w7qyhq4.png

Case Titel by Status and Owner: http://i.imgur.com/lv7YINp.png

Case Title by Created On and Orgin: http://i.imgur.com/zFHuzhq.png

Can I for example make another Default chart and use or should I use another Default view with more data? 

The default view for Support cases last 7 days looks like this and is an advanced search: http://i.imgur.com/a99KTiW.png

Maybe a long question but thanks for your time if you read through it.

Any ideas? :)
