Revised unit price on Sales Quotation lines

Hi Experts,

We use sales trade agreements. In case if we need to overwrite a unit price for a sales quotation, We create a new trade agreement and we are forced to re enter the field quantity in the sales quotation line to have the revised unit price. Is there any suggestions to avoid the re entering of the quantity field.

Hi AX beginner,

There is no automation out of the box. You can consider using Microsoft Power Automate and create a flow to update the price or consider a customization. There are scenarios where you don't want to have the price updated as it was negotiated with the prospect.
