Microsoft Dynamics GP (Archived)

I have modified the Stub Top/Bottom - Graphical format in Report Writer and gave it a new name. When I go into the Payables Management Setup window to select the new format in the drop down list of check formats, it isn't there. How do I get the new form

I'm not sure what you mean by new name, but when you modify a report in GP using report writer you have to make sure you have changed the security for it so you're using the modified version. If your on GP2010 it's Tools>Set up>System>Alternate and Modified Forms. Select your user (usually default user, depends on your set up), choose dynamics & reports and it will populate with any modified forms you may have. Expand the section to see Stub Top/Bottom-Graphical. Choose modified version and save. Then anytime you use that report it will be the modified version. Hope this helps.
