Greetings. We have enabled Server Side Sync (SSS) in our CRM (Dynamics 365) and it's been successful. But, issue is we are not able to receive mails from Gmail accounts (myname@gmail.com) into CRM.
Please provide your valuable inputs/help on this.

Need to configure Email configuration ,run test and enabled it?
Have you configure the mailbox, run test and enabled it?
Check the mailbox processing date to make sure it is not future date.
