Hi,
I have a L&A workflow which is not sending any Deny emails on completion by the manager. It is sending an approved email if the request is approved.

Hi Sean,
Can you first review the email sending status form if they are pending? I don't think you will find something here, but just to be sure.
I do think it might be a bug. In that case you can create a ticket for Microsoft Support.
Did you managed to get this working?
As mentioned by André, have you checked the e-mail sending status?
