Vouchers not showing up when you tender

Hello,

I am running rms version 2.0.0150

I have gift cards entered as vouchers with funds on them. However when i do a transaction vouchers do not show up as a tender type.

In manager i do see a voucher item in tender types.

Does anyone know what i am doing wrong and how to fix it?

    Mabuhay Sir,

    Also you can do the appearance for this code, maybe is sets to 0 that why whenever you want to see that on POS it will not appera maybe you shopuld set it to 10 or after the total number of your tender types.

    Note: Display ORder is where i change

    Have you exited POS (Not just Z'd out)? New tenders won't appear until you restart the POS program. Do you have a lot of tenders and need to scroll to see it?
