"invalid work item area" d365fo warehouse app when process Purchase put away

Hi experts,

I'm testing the feature "Quality check", when i scanned Work ID for Purchase put-away, i received the error "invalid work item area".

I already setup workclass "Quality in quality check" on Mobile device menu items.

    Hi, Double check your Work template Header / Work transaction type.  This exception is thrown in the WHSWorkTemplateTableForm.xpp

    Where can i set "Sets work template header query run depending on the work transaction type."? i already add the workclass into Purchase put-way

    In addition, i can process without error if  i use purchase receive and put a way in 1 process

    I faced the same problem and upon investigation, it is found that my mobile device menu item had "Pick and pack" checkbox enabled. After clearing it, error didn't show up.
