All,
I am having an issue with viewing certain views from a queue.
I select Service -> Queues-> the view defaults to 'All Cases in Selected Views' -> Select all Queues.
from this combination i can see all cases in selected views, however, when i switch to the 'All Items' view I receive the message 'you do not have permission to access the records'.
I have the Queue entity set up with the following rights for the security roles.
What should the security be set as?
