Limits on Sending Emails in Dynamics 365 CRM and its alternative way

Hello All,

My client has a question: Is there any way to overcome the limitation on number of emails that are sent from Dynamics 365 CRM?

Please let me know if any of you have information on such alternatives or any third-party tools.

Thanks for the clarification. Yes, there is a way (according to MS). It's not well publicized for obvious reasons. But apparently if you contact FastTrack, they have a way to up the limit.

Thanks for the reply.

The customer is using the sales apps.

The limit the customer is asking for is above 10000 mails per day.

Can you verify which app is this regarding? Sales? Customer Service? Marketing app? BC? F&O? Also, which limit is the customer running up against?
