SubGrid for Stakeholders and Sales Team on Opportunity shows as 'Connections'...

Hi,

For some reason, all of the sudden the above is happening.  When I look at the Opportunity form editor, the label does indicate 'Stakeholders' for the one grid and 'Sales Team' for the other, but they are showing on the form and to users as 'Connections'.  Any ideas why?

This issue happens when you have more than one solution contains same component on it and system does not know how to layer the compnents.

The above did not work.  So I then deleted the Section and all of the Sub Grids and re-created everything from scratch.  This seems to have solved the issue.

Puzzling though, why this occurred to begin with.

create a new section and move all subgrids to new section and delete the old and publish it. Sometimes renaming the display names for field and section does not until you move it to new section.

I am checking that.  When i go to the form editor, it is named "STAKEHOLDERS" (for the Stakeholder sub-grid) and "SALES TEAM" (for the Sales Team/Access Team sub grid).

I changed the name to something else, saved and published.  It shows still as 'Connections' no matter what changes I make, Save and Publish.

No one else is changing this.  The Sub Grids are being AUTO-renamed to Connections somehow.

Are you sure it automatically renamed to "Connections". May be someone  accidently renamed the label of the subgrid and published it. Just double check it's not renamed in your system.

I understand the default behavior and how the SubGrids work.

What I am explaining pertains to the label of the Grid.  It is being shown as 'Connections', even though it is SET on the form editor as 'STAKEHOLDERS' and the other as 'SALES TEAM'

Any idea why this is being re-named automatically to 'Connections'??

This is the default behavior  and when you add new connection crm internally adds the users to the access team to provide access to the opportunity. This behavior is specific to only these 2 subgrids and you wont see this behavior anywhere else.
