Hello,

I'm a system administrator and I assigned a role to a user (Salesperson). This new user has a /Dynamics 365 Team Members/ license.

He cannot access the /Custom App/ (it's not visible for him).

In the /managed roles/ of the /Custom App/ the /Salesperson/ role has already been assigned.

I shared the Custom app with him.

Why this user cannot access my Custom App?

Hi Partner,

This has to do with the licences you assign to new users, not a faulty security role.

You mentioned: This new user has a /Dynamics 365 Team Members/ license.

However, the Dynamics 365 Team Members subscription doesn't provide access to custom applications!

--Users with the Team Member license will only be able to access Team Member applications.

--For accessing custom apps, users need to be assigned a Power Apps per-app license or per-user license, as appropriate.
