I have a user that keeps getting the above error message when going into outlook. I have tried looking at the below post and everything is setup correctly already, but still getting the error.

How would I go about trying to find the offending tracked email in Dynamics?
I have seen this before and it was when a email was tracked and then deleted before synchronisation - It might be worth raising this as a case with Microsoft - unless you can find the offending tracked email in Dynamics
