Business rule to automatically fill in description of case. Need to add line breaks.

When creating a case depending on severity (high/medium/low) I want to auto-fill the case desciption.  I'm doing this by setting up a business rule action of "Set Field Value".  I change the value of the Description field.

Problem here is in the business rule designer the "Value" box is a single line text box and does not allow for line breaks.  Is there some sort of short code I can insert to allow for inserting of line breaks.  I'd like to add things like lists, etc...

    Hi JMAtoms,

Unfortunately, there is no code can do this. As a workaround, you need to use JS or plugin to achieve this.
