Do not get to select organization when doing upgrade from CRM 2015 to CRM 2016

Greetings all :). I am to be performing an in-place upgrade from CRM 2015 to CRM 2016. I am following this guide: https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/ritesh_ranjan/2016/10/26/dynamics-crm-2016-upgrade-complete-guide/

Now, the guide says (and also the documentation I have been handed from the guys performing the upgrade in the test environment):
On the Upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 page, you can select an organization to upgrade or leave the choice <None> so that no organizations will be upgraded during Setup.

I am supposed to see something like this:
0878.1.png

What I see is this:
4111.2.PNG

How come I do not get to select the organization? And if I continue with the upgrade/installation, will it upgrade the database? I have been looking around the internet for information on this, but it seems no one else has experienced this, or at least not posted online about it...

Does anyone have a clue?

    Solving my own question ;).

I just went ahead and continued. The end result was that the server was upgraded and it did not touch the databases. All the organizations were set to disabled (as seen in Deployment Manager), just like it would if <None> was selected. Still no idea why it acted like this, but as long as it doesn't touch the organizations I am good :D.
