D365 F&O Credit & Collections Manager - Workspace- Analaytics

Struggling to get any data in the tabs, does any one use this, or can offer some advice, I can see the reports in my power Bi, when i try to open the report I get the Cannot load model.

Hi,

Can you navigate to Entity store in system admin and refresh the entities? it will work.

Enable automated refresh:

Go to System administration > Set up > Entity store

You can click Refresh button for one-time update or schedule periodic updates using the steps below.

Select an aggregate measurement, click edit.

Enable Automatic refresh enable.

Select recurrence, available options are:

Every hour

Twice a day

Once a day

Once a week

You can monitor the status of background process using the batch jobs.

Once the progress is made, you can check the event message in the same form to make sure refreshing working properly.

Hy,

for out of the box Power BI analytical reporting is only supported on Tier 2 environment or higher,

If you have a Cloud hosted environemt (CHE = Tier 1) it will not work without additional configuration within F&O.

You can work on the Power BI reports when you connect to the CHE using RDP and local Power BI on the CHE.

And of course the entity store needs to be refreshed as mentioned before, otherwise no data will be available in der AXDW database.
And in addition the collection process needs to be configured, otherwise the data can not be provided for the analztics.
