Hi,

I'm trying to embed a PowerBI tile into a Dynamics CRM dashboard but continue to receive the below error message /Sorry there's been a..../ . I can't find what is wrong. Someone here has any idea?

Hi,

I encountered the same problem as you.

I have a Power BI Pro license and Power BI is connected to the Dataverse environment.

I can add the Power BI dashboard to CRM.

However, when I add a Power BI tile to the dashboard I run into your problem.

The problem occurs in both Edge browser and Google Chrome.

Therefore, I suspect this may be a bug.
If this issue is affecting your normal business, it is recommended that you raise a support ticket for further assistance.
