Need a report to extract Alias and Price

We just signed up with Pointy.com and love it.  We would love to speed up the process by uploading an Excel file of all of our UPC's along with their corresponding price.  Currently, our "Alias" field is the UPS, and "Price" is naturally our Price.  I need a report of some sort that can extract the Alias, Price, and be adjustable based on Active or inactive, and Quantity On Hand.

I am no good at SQL, but if someone knows how to do this in Manager, I would appreciate telling me.  If you know how to create the SQL Report, I do know how to "create" the report in Admin.

    Hi Robert.

    The best You can do is talk to your RMS Partner, to prepare a Custom report for You that You can use whenever You need it. RMS custom reports are not only SQL (obviously, You need to have the tSQL knowledge), but rather RMS Tables knowledge and knowledge of the Active Reports "drawing and configuration"... In all, not too complicated, but if You are not familiar, You better contact your RMS Partner.

    Other option is doing it directly from the SQL Server Management Studio. Here You do need some tSQL knowledge and maybe it is not too user-friendly option for a repetitive use... 

    One thing very important: in RMS database, the relationship between the Item and Alias table, is one to many (you can have multiply "Aliases" per Item), so when talking to your RMS Partner highlight this and on your side, make sure you don´t have items with more then 1 Alias...

    Hi Rob - a custom report would be needed along with a process if you want to automate how often the report is run. I'd suggest running this by your Microsoft Dynamics RMS Partner to get an estimate or if there are other options that I'm not aware of.
