CRM 2015 error creation new entity \ install Telephone Integration plugin

Hello

When I try to create new entity or install Telephone Integration plugin of current CRM 2015 system I get the follow error when I try to install plugin:

Error: Expected non-empty Guid.
Parameter name: roleId
Path : MSCRM-ADDONS.com CTI Call History Entry (per User)

errorcode: 0x80040203

they send me to MS CRM support, they answer me: If your CRM does not allow to create new custom entities, our solution cannot be imported.
