Disabling TLS 1.0/1.1 in On Premises CRM Environment

Hi 

Currently we are working on dynamics 365 On-Premises environment, IFD enabled, Operating System : Windows Server 2016, framework : .net 4.8 enabled. We found that CRM is using TLS 1.0/ TLS 1.1 , but we want CRM to use only TLS 1.2.

Kindly suggest what need to be taken care before we disable TLS 1.0/1.1 or what we can do to make sure CRM uses only TLS 1.2

    Hello YeshwanthCherukuri,

    what is the CRM version?

    Anyway please have a look in this official article:

    Also I suggest to use always the last build of CRM OnPremise 

    If you have custom code ( plugins, workflows ), you have to recompile them using 4.6.2 .NET framework and also using the last version of the CRM SDK dll 

    Anyway the TLS is something that is driven by IIS, so the using of TLS 1.2 is not something can be decided by CRM.

    You can just check if the communication channels with CRM are using it ( browser, custom applications, plugins, workflows ).
