Using RMS 2.0. Is there a way to add serialized inventory to a layaway?

Hi - I am able to add a serialized product to a layaway on RMS 2.02. I started a sales transaction, F2 to lookup a product (that is setup to have a serial number attached), added the product to the sale, looked up and selected the serial number, added a customer via F7, and the used CTRL+F8 to convert to a layaway. Then F12 to tender for the layaway deposit. I was also able to recall the layaway using F11 and the layaway shows with the serialized product. I was also able to tender out the layaway as a sale and collect the remaining amount due. Are you experiencing issues or error messages when trying to add serialized inventory to a layaway?
ok, that works. Thanks! Is there a way to go back to the layaway and add additional serialized items?
Yes - for a more complete overview of everything related to layaway's, go in to RMS Manager, select "help" and then perform an index search on "layaway" - you'll see about 5 different results which each display some detailed information on how to work with a layaway in RMS - very helpful and very complete!
