Mahmoud, Can you edit transactions from prior periods as well. I am only seeing invoices (2 out of 50)...... I am wanting to go back to the start of the year and add information into the PO Field for all invoices for a particular vendor. However, they are not showing up. The invoices that are showing up are recent that are going in this week's check run only. This is specific to Payables. Thanks.
You can edit payable and receivable transactions information (informational fields such as description). While you can not edit the description of a posted journal entry, or receiving transactions.
To edit receivable transactions information; Go to Transactions > Sales > Edit Transaction Information
To edit payable transactions information; GP to Transactions > Purchasing > Edit Transaction Information
well, this one i am doing now is an invoice, but i am hoping you cal tell me how for all posted transactions...General Journal or any other
