Open purchase order lines by delivery date

Hi,

Is there a possibility to get an overview of all open purchase order lines by de;ivery date? 

If I go to 'All Purchase Orders' than I've to dive into the specific purchase order to see what the delivery date is for that specific purchase order line. 

I can also run the report 'open purchase order lines with unconfirmed delivery date', but I can't filter on a specific item. 

I hope that someone have a great answer...:-)

    Hi Nanda,

    You can check delivery date of all PO line under following inquiry form.

    Procurement and sourcing > inquiries > Purchase orders > Open purchase order lines.

    in AOT you can find built-in form named as PurchLineOpenOrder, which can also be opened using Display menu item PurchLineOpenOrder

    this can show you all open purchase order lines with delivery date. also you can filter by itemid

    I am not sure where this form has been integrated on front end design.

    you may drag this display menu item in any module as per need

    Thank you. I've seen this inquiry but from my personal view is this a little bit clumcy. Do you also know if it's possible to add a field with 'Product name'?

    Hi Nanda,

    It has to be customized by display method. Standard AX shows Item number only however when you click / hover  item number it shows name as well.

    you can add description of item by three ways, all need customization

    1) drag field Name from PuchLine (Table) on PurchLineOpenOrder (form)

    2) drag display method itemName() from PurchLine(Table) on PurchLineOpenOrder (form)

    3) join EcoResProducTranslation as it has been joined on item master

    you can choose any one option from above 3
