Sales Orders

Going into ALL SALES ORDERS and creating a new sales order.  No matter what I do, and with no errors, the button to confirm sales order stays greyed out.   As well, the purchase order and direct delivery button also is greyed out.  I have checked config parameters, etc and still cannot find out what is preventing these from being selectable. I'm also logged into environment as a SYS Admin so I should have no issues with security/authority.

PROBLEM SOLVED...it was like a needle in haystack.  It was the Order Type on the Header of the Sales Order.  For some reason, it defaulted to Journal and once I changed it to Sales Order, everything lit up for me.
