Attaching pdfs to emails

I am sending out bulk email for my sales managers, all of who have individual sales terms in the form of a pdf document. I would like to send the email and attach the pdf to the email. Does anyone know if CRM can do this? and if so how?

Hi Tazzie,

There are several way to do this.

Since not common PDF file and only to few managers. Simple one will be create a custom workflow with email template. In the custom program add email attachment and content based on the To Partylist.
