Hi all,
Please let me know how to work 2 developers in same object like CustTable at same time if required in d365fo?
What is the best approach?
We don't want any conflict between us.

Each developer has his own environment, therefore there is no problem at all with working on the same object at the same time.
The first developer check in his/her code without any issue. The other developer needs to merge his/her code with the updated code in source control (either on check-in or by getting latest code and merging it with pending changes).
If you don't want any conflicts, plan work of your team in a way that they don't need the same objects. But merging usually isn't a problem. One thing that I would avoid merging is reports.
You can use Version control to avoid such issue
