Can't download template for data import

Hi,

I am having trouble with data import/export which Microsoft have told me is due to my organisation using CRM Online 2015 with Office 2007.

However, today I realised I can't download any of the spreadsheet templates for data import (if I try it says 'this action is not supported'). I have checked with a colleague who has Office 2010 but she also has this issue.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Can you paste a screenshot too? Is Dynamics giving you this error or your browser? Maybe it has something to do with your corporate firewall and not with Dynamics or Office. When you select an entity to download a template for, you just start downloading a XLSX file and nothing more.

Do you also have rights as a system administrator in the system or a custom role?

Turned out our issue was due to Microsoft applying 0.1 in the background before we had update 1 applied. Luckily we were due to upgrade to Update 1, otherwise I don't think Microsoft had any idea how else to fix this.
