Hi all,
I'm hoping to find out if I can setup Service Activity Entitlements in Dynamics CRM.
For example, I have 30 Accounts. Each account has a unique number of onsite site training days. I would like to assign each account with a different Entitlement.
Account A has 3 days Training.
Account B has 2 Days etc etc....
Is there a way for me to assign Account A with a three-day entitlement and when a Service Activity (All day event) is created and completed, it automatically deducts 1 day from the training entitlement?
