Recently a member of staff has bulk reassigned their cases to our general group instead of their individual user. This seems to have automatically changed all the closed tasks on these cases to their name and the date and time they were changed which makes things difficult to timeline.
Is there any way to undo this or cancel it or change the way the tasks are being presented in the cases?

This seems to be by design. There seems to be no way to change that for what is by design, but can you be more specific about "changing the way the task is presented in the case"?
