i suggest you dont do that as accounting usually use 2 decimal. All invoice and PO document usually are 2 decimals so you must validate why you have this requirement in the first place.

I dont think the requirement is valid.

    Hi Sunil,

I agree with Chandra. The smallest currency unit of the euro and usd is a cent. If you need a better / more precise PO price calculation review how your item prices are setup rather than trying to modify the system.

    Best regards

    Thanks Ludwig for your reply

Can we setup Item prices for all item in 3 decimal? How ? Through PO agreement? then how can we applicable for newly created item? Is there any alternative way to handle this issue? If we round off with two, we will not able to achieve the line total and net total. Due to Euro to Qar conversion we will get price varations

    Hi Sunil,

Here is a simplified example where I use a price of $1,234 / item but make use of the price units to enter a price that is supported by the available 2 decimal places.

Rather than specifying a price for a single unit of an item, you could record a price for 10, 100, 1000 ... Units and thereby circument the limitation that you can enter only 2 decimal places.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
