Track project: income, cost, hr, etc.

Hi, I need some advice, We are looking the way to follow up some develop project, we need to track all the cost, consulting, salaries, other charges, and be able to see in BC.

So one solution  I see here is use the dimension, and create each project as a value of this dimension  to collect all the transaction, incomes and expenses.

But there are other tool, where we can mange the hole project? to see the hs from the develop teams, the salary an everything?  and then  impact, book in BC? 

Thank in advance any idea wlll be helpfull!

    Project Service capabilities in Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement help you create project quotes and contracts, and create and manage projects for your clients after you’ve won the contract. They also provides analytics to help you ensure projects are feasible and profitable:
