Approvals Using Flow

I have setup a standard Approval using Flow, and the template from a Purchase ORder. It works fine, it sends the request through MS Teams, but when approved it seems to see it as a cancel and reopens the PO. 
 
Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening
 
Am doing nothing in Flow, simply using the power automate option in BC

    Just to clarify, this is using FLOW, not the normal workflows.
