With all the different combinations of privileges, I'm at a lost for what should be marked on the Create, Read, Write, Delete, Append, Append to, Assign, and Share. Basically I have a hierarchal structure.
President

The Sales
Sales Director should be able to Create, Read, Write, Delete, Append, Append to, Assign, and Share for the Managers and the Salespeople
Managers should be able to Read, Write, Append, Append to, Assign, and Share for the Salespeople
Salespeople should only see what they own
Entity - Access Level
Accounts - Organization
Activities - User
Contacts - User
Opportunities - User
Could some only show me what the privileges should be to accomplish this

You mean other privileges that will give you access to contacts? There are none other than Contact privileges. But access can be obtained through Security Role, Reparent, Hierarchy, Sharing, Teams. You are asking to do a whole security configuration for you, that sometimes can take hours or even days... I guess you have to read a little more about CRM security and try to do something by yourself and then come back when you have some problem. Do some configuration that you feel like should be ok, then check if it's ok and if it's not ok, then come back and show us the config, we will tell you what is wrong. Right now you are just asking to do the whole job for you...
Thank you for you response, these were helpful. But am looking for specific privileges that effect the access to the Contacts. Besides the Core Contacts privileges, what else could give a user access to another users Contacts?
