Cannot Create a Customer from a Contact

Hi:

In the Contacts list, I'm choosing a Contact and clicking Actions....Functions...Create as...Customer.  But, nothing happens.

Indeed, the Marketing Setup page has information that it needs such as that of the "Interactions" section.

So, why can I not create a customer from a contact?

    Can you please go to Marketing Setup -> Interactions -> Bus. Relation Code for and check and see if you selected the correct code? If not assign the correct code and try again.

    it is correct. 

    Next step is to go to Customer Template and make sure you have template for both Contact Type Person and Company. Basically if you do not have template for both it will not work. 

    Some contact are Person and some are Company. That is a reason you need both template in Customer Template. 

    Please try and let us know.

    As stated above, the contact needs to have a customer template pre-selected, so that BC knows what type of customer to create.
