Blank Page after Login

Hi, 

our application is working fine, until today, all of sudden, users are still able to login but are getting a blank page with the navigation bar empty, I'm not sure what is the problem and hopefully someone can help me.

the issue is happening after any user logs to the environment, from any machine, including the servers ( but when I try to access the application from within the server using localhost it is actually working).8130.error2.png6837.error.png

    Hello Anas Suleiman,

    As you said you are able to access it on the same server by using localhost

    considering you are using On premise Deployment

     

    you could try below options

    try to access your organization by using IP instead of hostname 

    If possible

    restart IIS

    restart SQL services

    restart Microsoft Dynamics CRM services 

    try to ping the sever from your users machine

    if they are able to ping the server, try to telnet the port (example : 5555 )

    if you are not able to telnet the port need to check on  your network side to  open the particular port

    or else you could try to turn off windows Firewall of the server ( which is not recommended but can try for checking purpose only  )

    Hi,

    Restarting the Frontend Servers seem to resolve the problem, although I had to reset IIS service, restart the servers and then restart the Async services on the Backend servers.
