Why Grid Showing Only One record in Form?

I Have Created a Purchase Inquiry in Ax 2012.Upon selecting parameters it only shows one record. But when I switched my table to regular it shows all the record in the table but on the form level its only showing one record. Just 3 Parameters are working.Doc Type is not workable yet. But instead of that it should show all the record. I Have attached all related Files.

Please look at the query currently used by your form. Right-click the form, choose Personalize than then switch to Query tab.

You'll likely see either a query range or a dynamic link.
